This is the national organization that our chapter belongs to, headquartered in Richmond, Virginia. We are one of 260 SigEp chapters at schools across the country. In terms of current undergraduate membership, SigEp is the largest national fraternity.

The NIC is an organization that unites 71 college men's fraternities, and works with them to maintain a high quality fraternity community. Sigma Phi Epsilon has been a member of the NIC for many years.
RPI's Interfraternity Council is the governing body for around 30 fraternities that have chapters at Rensselaer.
As of 2005, Sigma Phi Epsilon is officially partnered with YouthAIDS, an organization with a mission to raise awareness and stop the spread of HIV/AIDS. The YouthAIDS website has more information about their purpose and ways to get involved.
